What is the name of the large butterfly that has large turquoise panels edged in black?

It’s similar to the orange and black Monarch and Viceroy.
I thought that it was a “Spice-Bush-SwallowTail,” but, the picture at Wikipedia depicts a practically all-black butterfly.

Maybe you’re thinking of the Eastern tiger swallowtail: http://www.lookoutnow.com/animal/butter2.htm

    or a spicebush swallowtail:

But a pipevine should have a large area of blue as well: http://www.naturehaven.com/Butterflies/pipevine9.jpg
