We always have them all over the place this time of the year, but this year for some reason there are none.

Hello! I live in New Zealand and last year there were hardly any of our native monarch butterflies.I think the problem is down to cultivation.Maybe like our country, their natural habitat is being destroyed? I notice this year(it’s our Spring) they’re starting to appear.
But hopefully yours will come back again?

tommorows sky is vast and clear , a breeze is softly whisping
the storms have past and left the air a bit fresher than before
you ask your self is this change I see what is to be
and are the gifts God made just not meant for me
I have seen the colors spread accross the eastern sky
but alas my eyes just seek the simple butterfly
perhaps not today, nor in a week shall they be seen,
they are spreading joy to others for whom the rainbow wasn’t seen.
